Are you organizing a HEMA tournament or HEMA event and would like to request 8OPENINGS as a sponsor?
You can use this page to provide us with all the necessary information about your event.
8OPENINGS supports selected HEMA events with voucher or product sponsorships, depending on the size, event format, and previous cooperation.
Upon receipt of your request, we will review factors such as the expected number of participants, the scope of the event, and, if applicable, previous sponsorships of the event or similar events.
The sponsorship package will then be determined on an individual basis.
Possible types of sponsorship:
Voucher sponsorship
Voucher codes as prizes for event participants.
Product sponsorship
8OPENINGS sends selected products for the event to the delivery address. Prize winners can choose a prize, and all other items can be purchased by participants via a QR code.
- Select a sponsorship type, enter your details, and submit for free.*
- We will review your request and send you a sponsorship offer.
- You review the offer and click on "Accept sponsorship offer." You will then automatically receive the vouchers or products.

Kontaktperson = Shopify-Besteller
Die Person, die diese Sponsoring-Anfrage über Shopify abschickt, wird als Kontaktperson für das Sponsoring hinterlegt. Bitte die Anfrage daher mit den tatsächlichen Kontaktdaten der verantwortlichen Person abschließen.
Rechnungsadresse = Vertragspartner
Bitte im Shopify-Checkout als Rechnungsadresse die Person, den Verein oder die Organisation angeben, die Vertragspartner des Sponsoringvertrags wird.
Lieferadresse
Bei Waren-Sponsoring bitte die Adresse angeben, an die die Sponsoring-Ware geliefert werden soll. Die für den Versand benötigte Telefonnummer wird ebenfalls über die Lieferadresse im Shopify-Checkout erfasst.
